Background:

This course is intended to help managers achieve significant performance improvements through the application of TOC. The course is intended to teach managers how to think differently, how to get organizational buy-in and to how to implement lasting change. The training will consist of simulations, exercises, case studies, and lots of discussions.

  1. The attendees will get a good understanding of TOC methodology and its applications in Maintenance Repair & Overhaul operations
  2. The attendees will discuss how to apply TOC.
  3. The attendees will be exposed to TOC tools on getting buy-in and change.

  • TOC For Projects – WIP Control, Project planning, Buffer Management
  • Introductions & typical challenges faced in Managing spare parts
